Just wondered if anyone had heard of Lite structures or showcraft truss?

Showcraft is Ladder truss
Lite Structures called "Bi Lite"

Found the Lite structures web site but no mention of "Bi Lite". Anyone know anything about it. Is it suitabe for hanging lighting on - longest section I think would be 3m.

Also any idea what it's worth roughly (cost per meter of truss for example).

Thanks

Never heard of them myself.... Don't the websites you've seen it on give spec like evenly distrobuted weight etc?

I've spent quite a bit of time researching truss, I'm after minimum of 18ft tri-lite truss (or anything around the 6m area), so if anyone knows of anything at a good price....feel free to let me know!

Cheers.

Matt: Lite Structres is one of the biggest manufacturers of truss, bi-lite would be fine for what you want.

Will: Have a look at www.litectruss.com, distributed by AC Lighting. I use the QX30, have a look at maybe the TX25 for yourself.

Jamie,

I take it this was a bargain then - although I'm not sure where I would have used it....

Good price.

Only problem is that they are a pain to set up, and with a system of that size, you are limited to the weight you can put on it.
