Hi Folks

I work for a large insurance company running there in house Audio Visual Department which has large 150 seater auditorium.
I have just been asked if we could run a XBOX competition over 3 days to raise for money for the British Heart Foundation, which is there chosen charity for this year.

Does anyone know where I can find out about the legal issues here? We already have a music licence but we are looking more into entertainment type of licence????

If your company's public liability insurance covers visitors to your building then I am not sure what else you are concerned about (unless you are going to sell booze - inwhich case you'll need a licquor license).

Not sure if you need one, do you? There's a bar in Edinburgh (Sportsters) that runs a Pro Evo 6 tournament every Sunday evening, and they also have booths along the walls with PS2s in each. If you know of any bars near you that do something similar, why not phone up and ask them?
