Virtual DJ 4.3 Update and Virtual DJ Mac Released..

So for the Virtual DJ users on here a new version was released today taking it to version 4.3........

Also for those that use mac the cleaver people at VDJ have released a MAC version of the software.... So now if you use Windows or Mac VDJ is compatible :D:D:D

Version 3 Update Details - that are known at the moment (still waiting for VDJ to update the version history page to include the new release):

Bugs Corrected

1 End of timecode bug fixed, stops track

2 Long files crash bug fixed

3 MK2 now works under Vista

4 Various dmc-2 controller fixes

5 Automix bug partly fixed (Works better now)

New Features

1 Clear Database (Local Database)

2 tag read for bpm

3 First Mac Version Release


I will update this if there are extra revisions... Version 4.4 has already been started from what i gather to add more new features to the great software.

Thanks James, do you know if the Mac version will play itunes purchased music? I'll have a look at the website...

Not sure - pop over to the virtual dj site and ask on their forum.... As it's a new product for Mac it would defiantly be one for the VDJ techies...

I know the PC version does do napster and if you have a internet link at a gig you can search napster, buy tracks and play them all within VDJ (or so im lead to believe) but not sure about Itunes....
