ah :Censored: when you need to win a logo you never can :(
Here's a little challenge for you Callum, just for a bit of fun. :)
If you can go one whole month without making any spelling mistakes here on the forum, I'll do you a logo :D. You have to visit and post as normal (no just lurking for a month). Poor grammer won't affect your chances of winning, but if you spell any word incorrectly you lose. If you pass the challenge I'll post a new logo for you on the 9th May.
Are you up for the challenge? :D
--------------------------
Place your bets in the above poll ladies and gentlemen.
Will Callum pass or fail the challenge?.

Ill/I'll is a grammatical error I would say - if he had put 'Il' or 'I'l', then a definite fail!

I dunno, the omission of an apostrophe changes the word, grammar generally changes the sentence structure. If it had been an apostrophe denoting a possessive then its omission would be a spelling mistake as the word, now plural, would be the same, but as this apostrophe denotes a contraction it changes the word(s) from 'I Will' to 'unwell' which makes it a spelling mistake.
Sorry, Callum.

Spelling has nothing to do with punctuation marks. You'd have to get letters in the wrong order, miss them out, add them in - but punctuation is irrelevent. Give the guy a chance, there's not many of us who could get everything perfect, he's only got to do the spelling!

Well, following your logic, the apostrophe denotes the letters 'wi' so letters have been omitted let alone put in the wrong order. I say again, the apostrophe, when used in a contraction, isn't grammar it's spelling :bang:

Yes, but as I said, punctuation is irrelevent, hence the apostrophe implication doesn't come into play :)

PAT you can get and is good to have. :)
Poster around your town/city may help and a nice website would go a miss. :)
Some would say even with the 'secret' edits, there's mistakes to be found.
Advising that he shouldn't have a nice website? I think you meant 'wouldn't go amiss' which means you spelt 'wouldn't wrong!
Also 'a miss' - in the context you have used it is one word 'amiss' therefore splitting it into two is wrong. Although most people make this mistake so you can be let off for it.

excessively: to an excessive degree; "too big"
Bad day for Callum

However, you did tell me that the challenge made you really think about what your were posting, which can only be a good thing if it helps your English a little. The challenge is over but keep up the good work with trying to better your spelling. :approve: :)
