hi have any of you guys done an excellent gig where a new prospective client speaks to you at the end of the night and says what a wonderful time theyve had.i had this last year about november time and remember saying to them that in january i was going it alone and would post out my details to them.i remember writing down there name and address but come january i cannot find it anywhere.(what a scunner)
anyway thanks to the mdd my prospective clients found me and i now have 2 bookings from them.
has this ever happened to any of you?

I has someone ring up last year from a social club wanting to book several discos and it turns out that I DJ'd at his wedding 10 years before that!

i had someone ring me up thinking i was another local dj when i turned up to do the gig the guy was abit dissapointed that it wasnt the other guy untill after the gig i rocked that night i have now done about 8 gigs at this venue in the past 15 months they dont have many dos on there i like those ones where someone rings up and says i got ya number of a friend or a friends friend who knows a bloke who you done a do for
i remember doing a 18th for someone called chirs whos dad oned a place called the rambelers a country house resturant and got lots of gigs there because of that gig he now runs a funtion suite and have done lots of gigs there
