Well i done the website for free as i like doing them but i really dont want to under cut Marc :D and his company :D:D and the server would cost anything depending on where you go and what you need.

I was resident DJ at the Ramside Hall for over 2 years between easter 2004 to xmas 2006, I have quite a few pics of that time, weddings, xmas parties and caberet nights, etc. so i was thinking of doing a section on the web site once callum has rested up ...lol

axeman's site could do with a better gallery and a contact form, though....there seems to be a lot of blank space at the bottom of every page as well (about a screenfull of scrolling for nothing)?

Who's really going to need 500Mb and 5Gb transfer? To be perfectly honest 1/5th of that is more than enough for most here.

No offence to axeman or Callum, but I wouldn't produce a site similar to "beatroute". It's good for one of Callum's first efforts and for free (as has already been said).

I frequent this forum mainly because I designed and host Shaun's (EliteDJ's) website, and thought it'd be good to give some good (i.e. professional) website critique and advice now and then. I'm not here to sell my web design services as I rarely build a website for less than £1,000 which (correct me if I'm wrong) is probably beyond 99% of member's website budgets, again no offence meant.

Some of the other wording looks very familiar/similar to other more established sites, which can of course lead to accusations of plagiarism.

I know the .com and .co.uk are already taken, but do you think .biz is the best domain to go for?

I'm not sure it's really "taken off" to be honest, .biz isn't one of the ones I ever try if trying to guess someone's domain.

How about beatroute.net or even beatroute.dj (a little more expensive - info here (http://www.mobilediscodirectory.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=5995))?
