I have my school prom to do for my year and was wondering what sort of stuff i should play bit of old stuff new stuff, a mix?

play some 90s classics! I remember at our prom they played 5ive - Went down a storm!

ymca the timewarp aggadoo the music man cha cha slide the birdy song that will work oh and lil chris busted mc fly just play the teeny bopper music comercial stuff nothing to clubby and lots of slow music as the girls will ask for some and not get a lad up to dance.
one word of advice say no when people come up to you and ask you if you can say on the mike that shazza loves bazza or whoever loves whoever trust me you will get it.

Most school dances I do still love 'Living on a Prayer', 'U Can't Touch This' and 'Ice, Ice Baby' even though they were toddlers (if that) when those songs were released. If 'I Believe in a Thing Called Love' is stil working for you it goes down a treat after 'Living on a Prayer'.

cheers for all the feedback, drawn up some song request sheets to give me some idea of what they want. Some i have had back have been quite mixed like all the normal disco tunes ymca etc.. and some are some new stuff so i think it should go downa treat with a bit of mix of all songs!:D

i was joking about the birdy song but you could playpenny arcade but just stick to comercial chart stuff
anything clubby and you will get whats this its rubbish put some mc fly
and remember you are the center of attention so make sure your girl friend isnt there because you will pull
