Hi guys and gals not been on for a while had a big music festival last weekend so been busy but am back once again like a renagate master ;) o yesh lol.

Just wondering what DMX controller is best for acme dynamo's ? I was looking at the transcension DMX baby from disco world £99.00 any good ? also needs to be easy to use as i dont know much about using DMX controllers.

what about the c-a8 controller that they acme recommend to use with the dynamos???

Yes looks good i'm only running the two just now i'm gonna get another two in a month or so will upload pic's when i get them done.

Remember the CA-8 has 3 main functions, blackout, on slow, on fast. It will also let you toggle through the gobos and colours, however it is not very flexibile. Some people complain that the dynamos are rather fast moving when left to their own devices. They can be slowed down by DMXing them, or indedd running them in slow-mode on the CA-8.

Bare in mind that the stepper motors on the dynamos are useless, so any movement that is moderatly slow is very jerky, although faster movements are smooth as they are continuous. Hence the reason they are programmed quite fast when they run on their todd.
