White fabric

Just wondering where i would get some white material like used in this set up ?? am gonna put a parcan 64 floorstanding on each side so it is light up if you get what i mean lol.

Remember...with any material you use in a disco situation, it will have to be fire-proofed. I'm pretty sure it's illegal if you don't. If your doing a vast amount it can be quite costly, but very easy to do :)

Hmmm.....

Do you really want to do that? :rolleyes: Doesn't look that impressive to me. Someone also needs to tell that guy that his effects are pointing the wrong way ;).

I'd pop into any cloth store you might have locally. If you work out the dimensions of what you want to do before hand, you might find that a cheap white FLAT bed sheet would be big enough for you to cut your design out of. Remember you will need to put a hem on it (i.e. fold back some material and sew along the edges) so that the material doesn't fray and thus fall to bits.

As for the stretchy bits, could try something as simple as garden wire, or a subtle bungy like thing :cool:

Seriously though, it must be fireproofed, especially if your chucking 300 watts at it for 4 hours. I would personally not even dream of this, but if you want to then I'd suggest a LED par, which won't get hot, and then of course you can change the colour nice and easily with your DMX controller that your about to buy :)

I would have to disagree there, (with that particular way of doing it). Maybe two plain hung strips down the side would look nice, but I personally think the way the disco did it in the video was rubbish!
