I bought a program called DJ Booking for 40 quid, think its rather good and to me looks more proffesional than a 'word' document, anyway one thing the T & C area is rather small, but there is one that you can use in the program that is very basic. Now I have never used T & C before but I feel I should, so my problem-
Do I use the small basic one in the program or use a seperate paper, and if I use a seperate one does the customer sign it, or can they sign the main contract and its part of it, in other words how do I join them up so they become legal document.
oh help

What I do with my T &C 's is have them on the back of the contract and where the client signs I have inserted "by signing here you have agreed to our terms and conditions as stated overleaf"
Not sure the legality side of life but think it would stand up ok.

I have something similar to that.
I send out my T & C with the booking form.
At the bottom of the booking form, clients have to sign & date it under a statement which says something like "I have read & understood the terms & conditions of business and agree to adhere to them"

What you have to bear in mind when writing your terms and condition is it fair, You should have it checked or drawn up proffesionaly if you aim to use it
A signed contract is worthless if its unfair or not watertight, Ive just won a argument with bt which they where adiment i would loose, Funny enough what happens when they speak to there lawyers ????, I get an appology and they do as i wish ?
As i say good luck t N c's are all good but get them checked and be prepared to fight it through the courts
And im not sure how legalitys of people like ross and CB and arnold disco would stand people under age of 18,
