I have tried to access my website several times and find that I cannot.
Is there something wrong at the server? My email client cannot find the server.

I don't have a contact number for them either. Someone help!

Just spoken to Craig. He tells me there was a problem with one of there clients emails yesterday - unsupported size.

have just had a 2nd call fromn Craig, who says there hosting provided seems to have failed to flip a switch back or a setting following the problem yesterday.

Outshot is all should be well again in about 10 mins!

Website now up, can get webmail login page but times out from there. Left voicemail for Your Internet Store to call me to explain what is going on. Email and website has been up and down for the last few days.

Just received a call from Craig, YIS.

Apparantly one of their customers is trying to send massive emails which seems to be causing the problems. Craig said he has now put a cap on that user and should be OK from now on.

We will see.

This is a completely different site and concern. Richie is a partner here too, but you really need to take it up with the right people rather than postig messages here about it. :)

I have taken it up with the right people, I have called the YIS support line. However, due to Richie being a partner on this site and YIS being his business, and seeing the bad publicity in this thread and the number of unhappy customers I was simply suggesting a quick response to the thread confirm the situation.

He is not here a great deal, hence my suggestion.

And as I said I already have. I only simply suggested a quick reply to the thread to confirm what the situation was, how do we know if he is around or not, you seem to be on the offensive and blowing it all out of proportion.

I know he is not around a lot because he told me he wouldn't be - hence my reply that he wouldn't be around a lot.

He is a business partner of mine on this site, hence my reply, and no I'm not blowing anything out of proportion, just giving you the facts which you seem to be ignoring.
