Just thought I should say hello.

Was a pure vinyl DJ many years ago... 45's
Did a bit of radio DJ'ing in Central America.
Then concentrated on a career and a family and now am returning.

Can't believe how things have changed, got to learn a whole new craft...
I think I will stick to CD and MP3 for now and give scartching vinyl a miss.

This is purly a hobby for now .. too old an grey to hit the road again.

Cheers

the Apache refers to my day job as a flight sim instructor...

thanks for all the great welcomes.... the MDD forum looks prety good to me so far. Particularly when so new to this modern DJ technology.
If someone had told me I would be working with digital media 20 years ago I would have said impossible... just look though!!!! I looking for a tardis now to go back to the 70's and 80's with a Denon HD-2500...

Well hello there from a fellow tractor boy!

Where abouts in lovely Suffolk are you? I'm based over in Saxmundham - just up the A12 from Ipswich. Unfortunately I am still dragging myself out each weekend, but I remember the days of 45's and 10p's on the tone arm all too clearly!

Drop me a PM - be nice to hear from a fellow Easterner!
