Is the majority of your text supposed to be off centre? or am I just not seeing something on the left?

Penmare,

It doesn't look pants, it looks TOILET! :p

Surely there MUST be a way around it (and I'm sorry for calling you Shirley)

:D

It's the "space" image that's causing the problem, and a few empty table cells on the left hand side. Remove a few columns and centre the table. I'm not familiar with BTs web builder interface, though, so don't know how much of an issue this is.

Try editing the html file with notepad, and remove this part -

<td width="200" align="center"><img src="/imagelib/sitebuilder/pictures/objects/space/spacebck.jpg" border="0" alt="">

You will need to incorporate the 'spacebck.jpg' elsewhere obviously.

Do BT provide you with FTP access to your webspace? If so, you could try downloading your site and editing on your PC, there are many free HTML editors, and FTP clients.

My quick rundown of your site: -

1. As already pointed out, there's a problem with the spacebck.jpg image. It's causing your whole site to be knocked off-centre, and is different sizes (mostly 320x200, but only 200 x 125 on the "About Us" page).

2. Your page headings (only on some pages) are in Times New Roman - good for letters, bad for websites!

3. Contact Us - needs a form ;)

4. Testimonials - there aren't any, so I'd remove that until there is.

5. Gallery needs improving ;)

6. Needs a FAQ ;)

7. Links to BT Tradespace - splits your website in two. You've got your BT Tradespace "blog" type site and your main site, both looking totally different. I'd have one or the other, you can probably map your andromedaroadshow.co.uk domain to go directly to your tradespace, if that's what you want.

I'm personally not a fan of these blog type sites for businesses for various reasons, but that's a whole other rant! I can see why you've done it though (ease of updates) but you can achieve the same thing while looking like a "proper" website by using a CMS system like Joomla (http://www.joomla.org/) or even MODx (http://www.modxcms.com/) (OK, with a little more work, but you get out what you put in).

Tony,

I thought you'd already hired Marc to sort out your site?. If you haven't...you should. You won't regret it.

3rd party is proving to be a bit difficult at this moment in time.....actually we promised to not talk shop on holiday for the kids sake as we both have quite strong personalities and things could get in the way...talks are back on tommorrow....:)

Something I didn't mention is the 3rd party works for the service provider....that's the sticky point at the moment.....:o
