Cant get video to play

Hi Guys,

Got myself a samsung digicamera and used it at the weekend at wedding.

Have uploaded the pictures ok but the video clips will only play sound and no picture.

Any guidance of how to get the video clip to play properly would be great.

what software are you using to open the video with coz i've found windows media player does the same with mine, I have to convert them or use something like realplayer. this is about as much help as I can be but I'm sure others on here will be more knowledgeable!

Am using windows M player but have also tried in Quick time but still nothing but sound.

It plays back fine through the digicams screen.
