I'm back with Vista but HEEEEELP!

OK, Vista Home Premium upgrade installed and I almost have all my files and settings intact! HURRAH!

However, used Outlook Express with XP and can't find it on Vista. Anyone got any ideas where it is and is it likely to have imported my settings?

It's called Windows Mail in Vista, however pretty much the same as Outlook Express.

Yes ricey, open 3 or 4 windows and you will have a minimised thingy in the botton left corner - next to start. Click this and hey presto you get 3d windows. that's one of the few benefits you'll get.................good luck :D :D :D

Not in my windows there isn't. I have the Home Premium version, maybe I don't get that?

When you have a few windows open try holding down the windows key (like a shift key) and pressing the tab key - you should get a 3d scrolling version of XP's alt-tab facility.

Have just been and 'downgraded' 35 PCs from Vista to XP Professional at a client's site due to networking issues which Microsoft tell me will probably not be fixed in time for the first Service Pack.

Well to be fair it's just updated all my drivers and setting, so actually I can burn to DVD which I couldn't before, defrag actually works now and so on

the 100 ft ones are quite rare and hard to get hold of I would have thought.

Each to there own, but so far so good - will keep you all informed!
