Looking for an easy to use tag programme

Hi guys I'm looking for an easy to use tag programme.If possible one that will see when I have a duplicate and offer me the option to delete one of the 2 files.

easiest one that i have used is called eags on its freeware too - even better - i still use it even now . Do a quick google for eags on and then follow the download link, you can however donate should you wish to do so, i once donated a fiver as I have used this piece of software a hell of a lot and its easy and brilliant - i cant sing its praises high enough

Don't know if there is such a thing but what I'm looking for is one that you can run all your filers through(Including Napster if possible) and it will flag up ones that may be dodgy.Is this possible?
