well ive ordered em changed to 15" sub for some kick,
I dont mind risking with thomann with the 30 day money back if there toilet they go back lol
Quick question how do i wire em up ? XLR into bass bin then xlr out to one top
and other side xlr out straight to top,
Any idea on Freq cut off, Would sub be best up 120HZ then cubs cut below that ?

I have had the SB115As and the PA302As and PA502As. The Sb115As are great speakers and coupled with a pair of 302As they are great.
I personally would run your PA202As in full range mode and use the SB115A to give you some added bass as you will have a mid/top heavy system if you try to run them at a 120hz x-over. (500watt rms mid/top and only 300watt rms bass) If later on you buy another SB115A then you will have a few more options.
When using the PA302As with one SB115A I used to set the SB115A to 100Hz and let the PA302As run full range, this gave a really good sound with good balance. But, you will have fun trying what works for you.
At the price you are paying and with a 3 year warranty, you can't go wrong really. SB115As are bleddy heavy though.
