Yeah.. mine are usually just random jibberish.. sometimes not even links.. completley pointless.

It's only June...why is it end of term?!!?!?

Get them all in a circle.....(instruct them with background music) randomly in the middle of a load of dancing....get them all to do the hokey cokey.

Obviously only if you have a big enough room....but it goes down...SO SO well.

OK Will, I'm going to program my four thomann/acme moving heads tommorow, I use freestyler DMX on pc, any suggestions on patterns etc. what tilt & pan movements work best? good colour combinations?
Do you Know if I can I get a Fixture setup file for freestyler to save me having to do it manualy?

Or is this not what you had in mind when you said constructive?

lol, Personally I like it when beams cross over each other (I.E left head points over to the right, and the right head over to the left...so they cross each other in paths).

Make a white search light pattern (one head always up, one always down, one always right, one always left) put it on a 0-1 second scene speed and with a 3 second fade....sweet.

I also have a prom tommorow night and think i'd be lynched if i tried the bleedin' hokey cokey!!!

We have a prom a week saturday, although I'm LDing at a theatre that night...so I won't be there to check out the private school tottie. :(

Thanks Will,

It was actually taken by the photographer at that wedding, he spotted me taking some with my own camera and offered to take a couple and email them to me..

Its amazing what a decent camera and photographer can do, has made me want to get a proper photoshoot done sometime.

I think it's well worth it, I find my camera (Albeit 5mp and made by Cannon) doesn't cut it at all, the colours are by no means vibrant, and your very lucky to get a web-site worthy shot.

If you want something to do how about letting me know the key combos on a ca-8 controller i keep forgetting how, so leave units on built in program. 4 dynamos by the way. Also can you make it stay static to focus beams?

I've never used a CA-8. Breifly used a CA-6 though.
