I don't think will Steve will mind. I'll just add Steve's 'Top 10(ish)' requirements below, it'll make compiling the list easier when it comes to adding it to the DJ Help files. :)

Following from this thread (http://www.mobilediscodirectory.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?p=75390#post75390) What are your top tracks of the genre? (please only list tracks that are proven to actually work in a mobile disco situation & not just because they are of a certain genre. Also must be suitable for all ages)

It doesn't matter if you post a track that somebody else has, the idea is to find good useable tracks of the genre that are proven to work for mobile DJs

Please Stick to the specific genre in the thread title

Make the lists as long as you like as long as they are useable

LOL ... play rock bars in the north-eastern US, my friend, and you will have these in your top 10 request list. As gross as it looks on the dancefloor, Bungle In The Jungle works for that crowd the same way the Thong Song works for other crowds.

Oh, and I totally forgot to put anything by the Steve Miller Band on the list. "Take the money and run" is a proven winner.

And to illustrate one of the pitfalls of classifying music, I reckon there's a strong case for putting Ms Jett's offering linked to by Steve in post #25 in the Cheese category.
