Can anyone help.

We regularly use Vistaprint and are very happy with the service.

However, just checked the latest bank statement and have charges from Vprewards.com and Clubprem.com, both about £10 and a total of £60.

We've had this before and managed eventually to resolve it, but now, there seems absolutely no way to contact Vistaprint and resolve. Phone numbers just lead to an automated system which asks for your phone number or membership ID (and as to the best of my knowledge I never agreed to join anything, I certainly don't have any membership numbers), the web site contact form will only send if I have logged in (see non membership number earlier).

I would really like to talk to a real live person, but am fairly mad that they can just take money without me saying they can (or making the small print SO small we didn't see it).

Anyone else had problems and what's the solution?

And after being stung before we are really careful and to the best of my knowledge have never clicked or agreed to anything, certainly not at that stage

Sorry to hear that my friend.

I've used them but surely they cannot do that...there must be a law.
I think my ones came from Holland..not sure. Good for last minute.
Not trying to defend them....I am now checking all accounts..not though I don't just want to be sure.

Not much help I know but thanks for the warning....:)

Don't get me wrong, the printing qualityu and service they provide is superb. Just the faceless non-contactable money taking bit is somewhat anoying

They got me with the VPE Rewards thing too.. I thought i was signing up to an affiliate type thing. I'm also fairly sure I cancelled once, but then they billed me again.. so went back and cancelled again! Hoping it doesn't happen again this month.

Its a pain though, because there really isn't anywhere else that offers what Vistaprint do at the prices.. so i'd love to just not use them again, on principle.. but can't afford too!

Same with paypal.. they locked my account recently, supposedly for my own protection, it took weeks to get it sorted, in the meantime all my subscriptions for web hosting etc. stopped working.. which could have cost me bookings if it weren't for my nice hosting people being understanding.
