On a serious note, I know I have to quit the fags for good, being a heavy smoker, so to help i bought myself a motorbike and got my test in 2 weeks, so that a good incentive, because you cant smoke or eat on a bike:D

so if all goes well , i will be smoke free soon (again):D

Well, other quitters like new members of the quitters club 'cause it takes the heat off them for a while, until everybody get's over the newbie and goes back to not liking all quitters :D

I do...because I'm over £300 a month better off, my cough has gone, when I get a cold I no longer lose my voice for a fortnight and my flat is not brown & stinky any more!
