Absolutely love the small print at the bottom about e bay and copyright..... classic, wonderful! 1. Why it's set up to run as an auction whereas in the text it suggests it's a buy-it-now only, and

2. To confirm that the original disks (or written proof that the tracks were legally downloaded) would be supplied with the HDD, and

3. To add some clarity to the statement about eBay and "copyright rules", because I've checked eBay's T's & C's and they do permit the sale of legitimate media on their site.

and why hasnt he put a BUY IT NOW on it when he said there is just one price and no bids ???? I wouldnt buy that anyway even if it was 100% legit, think you can tell alot about a seller by the way they lay out their descriptions.

Vectis, any reply? I also e mailed them requesting info about the size of the h d, how many gbs had been used etc. No reply to date.

How odd! Certainly seemed like a customer-conscious trustworthy outfit as well... I'm gutted! :( :confused:

and every product comes with a full 3 year return to base warrenty and online technical support :D oh well.............
