Would you book this one on the strength of just seeing this video ?
I would have at least expected a tripod

Not quite sure what you are saying Larry?
I watched bits of the vid and generally I thought it looked very good.

No the disco is fine. I even like the idea of the videos on the screens. Just think it could have been filmed a bit better.

The production's not that great but got to be honest with you it does what it sets out to do; shows what a great set-up he's got and that he can get the crowd going.
If I was a punter I'd book him on the strength of this Vid. Quite impressed with it, production aside. :)

Just wondering how proffessional people thought that looked. I have thought of doing a video myself.
Anyone else got any promo videos of their shows ? Do you find this helps getting work ?

I've got an old one on my site - needs updating, but it just gives people a basic idea of what to expect.
I have a guy who wants to do a freebie for me, but I never seem to get the right kind of function where people wouldn't mind a film crew around.

I would think to do it properly to be edited afterwards, maybe 3 or more cameras from different angles would be good. Yeah thats got me thinking now. A 10 Minute video on DVD in a case with photos and all the info on the back would look quite pro, just like a standard press pack. Normally i just use business cards but it would be nice to have something to hand for people that want something more :-)

Yeah very very impressive production and fantastic venue but there's something about it that I'm not quite sure about, I think it may be a bit too polished?? Don't know.........can't make up my mind about it!
