Took a big step (well for me anyway) last night. Have been wanting to do client feedback of some description for a while now. As I'm trying out DJ Intelligence, this comes with a pre-configured client survey section that can be completed on-line.
So I have now emailed all the clients I have had so far this year for whom I have email addresses with a link to the survey. First one back this morning! Although maybe not particularly self critical, the feedback was absolutely superb!
Interested to see how the rest goes!
