Hi all
I am right in thinking that the latest viryual dj tril version will not let you preview tracks.
I cannot get separate decks to run through the head phones???

Not sure what you mean by preview tracks?

Try changing the sound card settings in config to get separate decks.

To seperate the decks you need to split the sound channels otherwise all the output will come from the one source.

Virtual dj will allow you to use a 5.1 or 7.1 channel soundcard as seperate outputs then you can do your preview on your mixer aas you would from CD.

Im using a Hercules DJ console, have done for a few years now with vitual dj 1.9
So i thought i would try the latest version but im having trouble previewing say deck 2 whilst deck 1 is playing. I guess there is more set up options than the old version? or the trail stopd this function to make you buy the pro version.

I know this is an oldie - but I use VDJ 4.3 with hercules 2 without a problem for previewing or anything. Just took some fiddling with the settings to get it right.
