Denon DNX 500

If anyone uses this model, can you let me know where your gains(channel) are i.e 0db or less when running it quite loud.
I have noticed a massive difference between the dnx 1500 and this model.

I've never really noticed tbh.

I know that I very rarely get lights coming on, on the main output though.

Really? God maybe i,m too loud then.
I aim at getting mine half way 0db.
But like i say it sounds way louder than at same gain as the dnx 1500.
Maybe the 0db reference is higher on this model. Think i,ll keep them below in future on that mixer. Must be why i noticed the amp clipping. cheers

as for the lights on the x500 i get lights. But not in the red. my channel gains in the 12"o clock position.

having read a few articles now i,m a bit more clued up on the clipping issue, tonight never had it clip once.
