Thought I'd share this with you....... I was browsing the web the other day and came across some of these Martin lights (showing you this page solely to indicate the prices) http://www.auto-connect.co.uk/acatalog/Autoconnect_Martin_Lighting_Colour_Changer_CX4___1 0977.html I have all Martin lights plus a Freekie controller.
I've been interested in getting a colour wash effect and thought these (Martin CX4's) could do the job with the rest of my lights.
I contacted my dealer who I get all my lights from and asked him about the CX4's, they are now discontinued he said. The new models they have, are the CX10's that work out at £1200 each, way out of my league.
I asked him if he could call Martins and see if they have any old CX4's in stock. Yes they have and you can have A PAIR for £700!!! Happy days I thought. Bearing in mind I've gone through a middle man ( you may have too also) I reckon that's a good deal.
So if you do a bit of digging, have a look on the Martin web site for discontinued lines, find something you could use, you could pick up a bargain.
