I worked in a bank for 24 years.

3 years ago I decided to take the plunge...so I left & started doing mobile discos & pub quiz nights full time instead of part time.

Best decision I ever made!

That's a contradiction in terms...

How can you be full time if you have another job during the week?

I would have thought that if you have another part time job, that would make you part time with the discos too.

Not realy i choose to have part time, and as im a director get other people to do certain jobs

But that doesn't make sense. It makes no difference whether you are a director or not. If you have another part time job, it means you run the disco part time.

Why would you need a part time job in the key cutting business if you can afford to pay people to do certain jobs with your disco business?

Why not ? during the few days i do it, plus its a skill and a good money earner.

seems wise to me,

Well "full time" is a legal definition as well as a colloquial description. In NZ full-time is 37.5 hours or more. With 168 hours in the week it's perfectly possible to have two full time jobs.

Very true, but across most of the EU that would be most definitely illegal! The UK may agree to the universal maximum 48 hour week within the EU soon.

I'm a self employed sales agent, selling Scalewatcher (plug plug!). It's a device for eliminating lime scale from your water system at home. I choose when I work, what days, cover an area from Honiton in the West up to Bristol, across to Swindon and Newbury then down to Bogner Regis in the East. A big old patch!
