Everyone else OK?

Not much rain in Northants so far--are you near a river?

Better get the DJ stuff upstairs just in case:D

Were 30 feet above the River Nene so not bothered (at the moment)

No where near a river and it's no joke. I'm just looking for sandbags to put round my office door.

Dry again here... and the sun's trying to peek through. Was pretty grim overnight mind you.

Luckily we're at the top of a hill and about half a mile from the sea, so not much chance of lingering water.

Not looking forward to tomorrow's setup - a trudge across a boggy field to the 'tradesman's entrance' - thankfully it's an early setup so can wear any old gear and go home & freshen up.

It was bucketing down here earlier, but not as bad as the floods in Kingston & Wimbledon...which are only a few miles up the road.

It's now dry & sunny!

The British weather - you can't beat it!

From the met office god why are we talking about weather ??

Central , Tayside , Fife , Mainly dry with clear spells.

This Evening and Tonight:
A bright and dry end to the day with some late sunshine. Remaining dry overnight with variable amounts of cloud and clear spells leading to a rather chilly night in some highland glens. Light or moderate northeasterly winds. Minimum temperature 7 °C.

Saturday:
A bright start but cloud increases from the south during the morning with outbreaks of rain expected from lunchtime. Cool in the east with a mainly moderate northeast wind. Maximum temperature 16 °C.

No chance of flooding here, practically the whole town is on a hill facing on to the Firth Of Forth!

Can get severely windy at times though, we're talking empty wheelybins going up in the air  :(
