You might have heard of the Darwin Awards (http://www.darwinawards.com/), awarded to idiots who "improve the species...by accidentally removing themselves from it!".

Well, there's a contender in today's news: -

Its suprising that something like that could happen these days with all the H&S rules.Rules mean nothing if someone chooses to blatantly disregard them! Shame though, I couldn't imagine the horror at the point where you realise you're trapped, and what will happen next :(

Yeah.. but you'd think there'd be someone operating the machine and would be aware if someone had got in the car.. and be able to stop it somehow!

You'd think anyone with any sense would tip the machine operator off to the fact that they were going to get back in.
