The old distance , ease of access, do i need to hire in any kit,is it in a marquee etc,etc comes into this one!

If it's similar to a "normal" job then keep it same as I would say.

However much you would charge for 9 - 2 inc setup / breakdown

I take it most of your gigs finish around midnight, so I'd charge a bit more than your usual fee, simply due to the late finish of 2am.

Personally I would charge more - Only because of the risk attached to you and your gear..

In most venues (hotels, golf clubs etc) there are bar staff/managers who can help out if there are any issues, especially end times..

In house parties the end time can get moved very quickly if everyone is tipsy and wanting to dance... And if you have 100 odd people wanting to continue you will probably be able to get some extra cash to play on, but would you want to say no incase of trouble?

Just my thoughts...
