I have just had my FIRST EVER quote enquiry where the client says the venue NEED my PLI and PAT.

I guess the message is getting through---very slowly:D

I think you are right... A lot of the venues that i have been to that have not asked for PLI and PAT certificates are now starting to ask for them after i have supplied mine and explained the reasoning behind it.

Same here, just had to send off several lots today to venue's. Good though means that people that didnt bother to get them won't be getting gigs from these places.
