I've just been thinking about the people who spent last week at Heathrow airport protesting against airport expansion.

I wonder if any of THEM have ever flown?

If the answer is yes, as I suspect it is, they should stop being hypocrites & try leading by example, rather than making a nuisance of themselves and wasting police time.

I'd also be interested to discover how they travelled to Heathrow.

It's almost as ridiculous as Madonna - with her MASSIVE carbon footprint - headlining a certain concert recently.

I watched the news on the first day of this.
The reporter said that surely the fuel it took to get them all to the field defeated the purpose and increased the carbon.
What was their reply?? "SPEECHLESS"

I saw a special on TV, might've been 'Penn & Teller's Bullsh!t' proving how bandwagon-esque a lot of these eco-causes are by getting people at an eco-rally to sign a petition to ban Hydrogen Oxide... dozens of people signed it to then be told that they'd just supported a ban on water ;)
