I have recently upgraded my lighting effects and have added 2x Chauvet Insignia 2.0's and 2x Chauvet Intimidators. I am currently using these for my bigger functions by using the supplied standard controller and linking them together (master/slave). Unfortunately at the end of last night's disco I noticed that one of the sensitivity knob's on the Insignia has come off (possibly snapped). Has anyone had a similar problem or is there anyway I will be able to replace this?

I have tried the Chauvet website and the manual but not much help. Don't really want to contact Chauvet with them being American based.

Any help or suggestions from anyone (especially if you've had a similar problem) will be appreciated...

Thanks
