Irish Boy's Confession
"Bless me Father, for I have sinned. I have been with a loose girl".
The priest asks, "Is that you, D i c k y?"
"Yes, Father, it is."
"And who was the girl you were with?"
"I can't tell you, Father, I don't want to ruin her reputation."
"Well, D i c k y, I'm sure to find out her name sooner or later, so you may
as well tell me now. Was it Mary Walsh?"
"I cannot say."
"Was it Teresa Brown?"
"I'll never tell."
"Was it Margaret Doyle?"
"I'm sorry, but I cannot name her."
"Was it Anne O' Neil?"
"My lips are sealed."
"Was it Catherine 0' Tool, then?"
"Please, Father, I cannot tell you."
The priest sighs in frustration. "You're very tight lipped D i c k y, and I
admire that. But you've sinned and have to atone.
You cannot be an altar boy now for 4 months.
Now you go and behave yourself."
D i c k y walks back to his pew, and his friend Tommy slides over and
whispers, "What'd you get?"
Four months holiday and five good leads!"

The clerk says, "Well, he came in here this morning to get something for his cough. I couldn't find the cough syrup, so I gave him an entire bottle of laxative."
The owner says, "You idiot! You can't treat a cough with laxatives!"

A woman in her fifties is at home happily jumping unclothed, on her bed and squealing with delight.
Her husband watches her for a while and asks, "Do you have any idea how ridiculous you look? What's the matter with you?"

How do you fix a woman's watch?
You don't. There is a clock on the oven.
Why do women have smaller feet than men?
It's one of those "evolutionary things" that allows them to stand closer to the kitchen sink.
How many men does it take to open a beer?
None. It should be opened by the time she brings it.

An elderly couple, Margaret and Bert, are in Alberta.
Bert always wanted a pair of authentic cowboy boots, so seeing some on sale one day, he buys them, wears them home, walking proudly.
He walks into the house and says to his wife, 'Notice anything different about me?'
Margaret looks him over, 'Nope.'
Frustrated Bert storms off into the bathroom, undresses, and walks back into the room completely naked except for the new boots.
Again, he asks, a little louder this time, 'Notice anything different NOW?'
Margaret looks up and says, 'Bert, what's different? It's hanging down today, it was hanging down yesterday, and it'll be hanging down again tomorrow.'
Furious, Bert yells, 'AND DO YOU KNOW WHY IT'S HANGING DOWN, MARGARET?'
'Nope,' she replies.
'IT'S HANGING DOWN BECAUSE IT'S LOOKING AT MY NEW BOOTS!!!!!'
To which Margaret replies... 'Shoulda bought a hat, Bert.

The World's Shortest Fairy Tale...
Once upon a time, a girl asked a guy,

Ralph and Edna were both patients in a mental hospital.
One day while they were walking past the hospital swimming pool, Ralph
suddenly jumped into the deep end. He sank to the bottom of the pool
and stayed there.
Edna promptly jumped in to save him. She swam to the bottom and pulled
him out.
When the Head Nurse Director became aware of Edna's heroic act she
immediately ordered her to be discharged from the hospital, as she now
considered her to be mentally stable.
When she went to tell Edna the news she said, "Edna, I have good news
and bad news. The good news is you're being discharged, since you were
able to rationally respond to a crisis by jumping in and saving the
life of the person you love. I have concluded that your act displays
sound mindedness.
The bad news is, Ralph, hung himself in the bathroom with his bathrobe
belt right after you saved him. I am so sorry, but he's dead.
Edna replied, He didn't hang himself - I put him there to dry. How
soon can I go home?

In a weak voice the little guy says, "What EXACTLY did you say to me?"
The big dude says, "I saw your curious look and figured I'd just give you the answers to the questions everyone always asks me.....I'm 7 feet tall, I weigh 350 pounds, I have a 20 inch private, and my nameis Turner Brown."

A man was sitting on the edge of the bed, observing his wife, looking at herself in the mirror.
Since her birthday was not far off he asked what she'd like to have for her Birthday.
'I'd like to be six again', she replied, still looking in the mirror.
On the morning of her Birthday, he arose early, made her a nice big bowl of Lucky Charms, and then took her to Six Flags theme park.
What a day!! He put her on every ride in the park; the Death Slide, the Wall of Fear, the Screaming Monster Roller Coaster, everything there was.
Five hours later they staggered out of the theme park. Her head was reeling and her stomach felt upside down.
He then took her to a McDonald's where he ordered her a Happy Meal with extra fries and a chocolate shake.
Then it was off to a movie, popcorn, a soda pop, and her favorite candy, M&M's.
What a fabulous adventure!
Finally she wobbled home with her husband and collapsed into bed exhausted.
He leaned over his wife with a big smile and lovingly asked,
'Well Dear, what was it like being six again?'
Her eyes slowly opened and her expression suddenly changed.
'I meant my dress size, you dummy!"
'The moral of the story:
Even when a man is listening, he is gonna get it wrong.

Try this one......
Far away in the tropical waters of the Caribbean, two prawns were swimming around in the sea, one called Justin and the other called Christian. The prawns were constantly being harassed and threatened by sharks that inhabited the area.
Finally one day Justin said to Christian, "I'm fed up with being a prawn; I wish I was a shark, and then I wouldn't have any worries about being eaten."
A large mysterious cod appeared and said, "Your wish is granted." Lo and behold, Justin turned into a shark. Horrified, Christian immediately swam away, afraid of being eaten by his old mate.
Time passed (as it invariably does) and Justin found life as a shark boring and lonely All his old mates simply swam away whenever he came close to them. Justin didn't realize that his new menacing appearance was the cause of his sad plight.
While swimming alone one day he saw the mysterious cod again and he thought perhaps the mysterious fish could change him back into a prawn. He approached the cod and begged to be changed back, and, lo and behold, he found himself turned back into a prawn.
With tears of joy in his tiny little eyes Justin swam back to his friends and bought them all a c@cktail (the punch line does not involve a prawn c@cktail - it's much worse). Looking around the
gathering at the reef he realized he couldn't see his old pal.
"Where's Christian?" he asked.
"He's at home, still distraught that his best friend changed sides to the enemy & became a shark," came the reply.
Eager to put things right again and end the mutual pain and torture, He set off to Christian's abode. As he opened the coral gate, memories came flooding back. He banged on the door and shouted: "It's me, Justin, your old friend, come out and see me again."
Christian replied, "No way man, you'll eat me. You're now a shark, the enemy, and I'll not be tricked into being your dinner."
Justin cried back "No, I'm not. That was the old me. I've changed........."
(Get ready.....)
"I've found Cod. I'm a Prawn again Christian."

Barman, puzzled, hands over a toothpick and the tramp duly leaves.
Ten minutes after that, another tramp walks into the pub.
Barman: "Oh, I've had enough of this, NO you CANNOT have a toothpick now beggar off!"
Tramp: "Toothpick? Nah mate, I only came in for a straw!"

New Lingerie
Husband walks into Ann Summers to purchase some see-through lingerie for His wife.
He is shown several possibilities that range from £50 to £150 in price, the more see-through, the higher the price.
He opts for the sheerest item, pays the £150 and takes the lingerie home.
He presents it to his wife and asks her to go upstairs, put it on and model it for him.
Upstairs, the wife thinks, "I have an idea. It's so see-through that it might as well be nothing.
I'll not put it on, do the modelling naked and return it tomorrow and get a £150 refund for myself".
So she appears naked at the top of the stairs and strikes a pose.
The husband says, "My God! It wasn't that creased in the shop".
His funeral is on Thursday

A duck walks into a pub and orders a pint of lager and a ham sandwich.
The barman looks at him and says, "But you're a duck!".
"I see your eyes are working," replies the duck.
"And you talk!" exclaims the barman.
"I see your ears are working," says the duck, "Now can I have my beer and my sandwich please?".
"Certainly," says the barman, "sorry about that, it's just we don't get many ducks in this pub. What are you doing round this way?"
"I'm working on the building site across the road," explains the duck.
So the duck drinks his beer, eats his sandwich and leaves. This continues for 2 weeks. Then one day the circus comes to town. The ringleader of the circus comes into the pub and the barman says to him;
"You're with the circus aren't you? I know this duck that would be just brilliant in your circus - he talks, drinks beer and everything!"
"Sounds marvellous," says the ringleader, "get him to give me a call."
So the next day, the duck comes into the pub. The barman says, "Hey Mr Duck, I reckon I can line you up with a top job. Paying really good money!"
"Yeah?" says the duck, "Sounds great, where is it?"
"At the circus," says the barman.
"The circus?" the duck enquires.
"That's right," replies the barman.
"The circus? That place with the big tent? With all the animals? With the big canvas roof with the hole in the middle?" asks the duck.
"That's right!" says the barman.
The duck looks confused.
"What on earth do they want with a plasterer?"

Here's another -
A blonde named Shelly decides to do something really wild, something she hasn't done before, so she goes out to rent her first X-rated adult video.
She goes to the video store, and after looking around for a while, selects a title that sounds very stimulating.
She drives home, lights some candles, slips into something comfortable, and puts the tape in the VCR.
To her disappointment, there's nothing but static on the screen, so she calls the video store to complain.
Shelly: "I just rented an adult movie from you and there's nothing on the tape but static."
Clerk: "Sorry about that. We've had problems with some of those tapes. Which title did you rent?"
Shelly: "Head Cleaner."

A man is dining in a fancy restaurant and there is a gorgeous redhead sitting at the next table. He has been checking her out since he sat down, but lacks the nerve to talk with her.
Suddenly she sneezes, and her glass eye comes flying out of its socket toward the man.
He reflexively reaches out, grabs it out of the air, and hands it back.
"Oh my, I am so sorry, " the woman says as she pops her eye back in place.
"Let me buy your dinner to make it up to you," she says.
They enjoy a wonderful dinner together, and afterwards they go to the theatre followed by drinks. They talk, they laugh, she shares her deepest dreams and he shares his. She listens.
After paying for everything, she asks him if he would like to come to her place for a nightcap and stay for breakfast.
They have a wonderful, wonderful time.
The next morning, she cooks a gourmet meal with all the trimmings. The guy is amazed. Everything had been SO incredible!
"You know, "he said, "you are the perfect woman. Are you this nice to every guy you meet? "
"No, "she replies. . . "
"You just happened to catch my eye."

Dear Abby,
I've never written to you before but I really need your advice. I have suspected for some time now that my wife has been cheating on me. The usual signs; phone rings but if I answer, the caller hangs up. My wife has been going out with "the girls" a lot recently although when I ask their names she always says, "Just some friends from work, you don't know them." I always try to stay awake to look out for her coming home but I usually fall asleep.
Anyway, I have never approached the subject with my wife. I think deep down I just didn't want to know the truth but last night she went out again and I decided to really check on her. Around midnight, I decided to hide in the garage behind my golf clubs so I could get a good view of the whole street when she arrived home from a night out with "the girls". When she got out of the car she was buttoning up her blouse, which was open and she took her panties out of her purse and slipped them on.
It was at that moment, crouching behind my clubs, that I noticed that the graphite shaft on my driver appeared to have a hairline crack right by the club head.
Is this something I can fix myself or should I take it back to the pro-shop where I bought it?
Signed,
Perplexed

The Man Rules
At last a guy has taken the time to write this all down
We always hear ' the rules ' From the female side.
Now here are the rules from the male side.
These are our rules!
Please note.. these are all numbered '1 ' ON PURPOSE!
1. Men are NOT mind readers.
1. Learn to work the toilet seat. You're a big girl. If it's up, put it down.
We need it up, you need it down. You don't hear us complaining about you leaving it down.
1. Sunday sports It's like the full moon or the changing of the tides. Let it be.
1. Crying is blackmail.
1. Ask for what you want. Let us be clear on this one:
Subtle hints do not work!
Strong hints do not work!
Obvious hints do not work!
Just say it!
1. Yes and No are perfectly acceptable answers to almost every question.
1. Come to us with a problem only if you want help solving it. That's what we do. Sympathy is what your girlfriends are for.
1. Anything we said 6 months ago is inadmissible in an argument. In fact, all comments become Null and void after 7 Days.
1. If you think you're fat, you probably are. Don't ask us.
1. If something we said can be interpreted two ways and one of the ways makes you sad or angry, we meant the other one
1. You can either ask us to do something Or tell us how you want it done. Not both. If you already know best how to do it, just do it yourself.
1. Whenever possible, Please say whatever you have to say during commercials..
1. Christopher Columbus did NOT need directions and neither do we.
1. ALL men see in only 16 colors, like Windows default settings. Peach, for example, is a fruit, not A color. Pumpkin is also a fruit. We have no idea what mauve is.
1. If it itches, it will be scratched. We do that
1. If we ask what is wrong and you say 'nothing,' We will act like nothing's wrong. We know you are lying, but it is just not worth the hassle.
1. If you ask a question you don't want an answer to, Expect an answer you don't want to hear.
1. When we have to go somewhere, absolutely anything you wear is fine...Really .
1. Don't ask us what we're thinking about unless you are prepared to discuss such topics as football or motor sports
1. You have enough clothes.
1. You have too many shoes.
1. I am in shape. Round IS a shape!
1. Thank you for reading this.Yes, I know, I have to sleep on the couch tonight, But did you know men really don't mind that? It's like camping.

A couple had two little boys ages 8 and 10, who were excessively mischievous. They were always getting into trouble and their parents knew that if any mischief occurred in their town, their sons would get the blame.
The boys' mother heard that a clergyman in town had been successful in disciplining children, so she asked if he would speak with her boys. The clergyman agreed, and asked to see them individually. So, the mother sent her 8-year-old first, in the morning, with the older boy to see the clergyman in the afternoon.
The clergyman, a huge man with a booming voice, sat the younger boy down and asked him sternly, "Where is God?"
The boy's mouth dropped open, but he made no response, sitting there with his mouth hanging open. The clergyman repeated the question. "Where is God?" Again, the boy made no attempt to answer. So the clergyman raised his voice some more and shook his finger in the boy's face and bellowed, "Where is God!?"
The boy screamed and bolted from the room. He ran directly home and jumped into his closet, slamming the door behind him. When his older brother found him in the closet, he asked, "What happened?"
The younger brother, gasping for breath, replied, "We are in big trouble this time! God is missing and they think we did it!"

A 98 year old woman in the UK wrote this to her bank. The bank manager thought it amusing enough to have it published in the Times.
Dear Sir,
I am writing to thank you for bouncing my cheque with which I endeavoured to pay my plumber last month. By my calculations, three 'nanoseconds' must have elapsed between his presenting the cheque and the arrival in my account of the funds needed to honour it. I refer, of course, to the automatic monthly deposit of my Pension, an arrangement, which, I admit, has been in place for only thirty eight years. You are to be commended for seizing that brief window of opportunity, and also for debiting my account £30 by way of penalty for the inconvenience caused to your bank.
My thankfulness springs from the manner in which this incident has caused me to rethink my errant financial ways. I noticed that whereas I personally attend to your telephone calls and letters, when I try to contact you, I am confronted by the impersonal, overcharging, pre-recorded, faceless entity which your bank has become. From now on, I, like you, choose only to deal with a flesh-and-blood person.
My mortgage and loan payments will therefore and hereafter no longer be automatic, but will arrive at your bank by cheque, addressed personally and confidentially to an employee at your bank whom you must nominate.
Be aware that it is an offence under the Postal Act for any other person to open such an envelope. Please find attached anApplication Contact Status which I require your chosen employee to complete. I am sorry it runs to eight pages, but in order that I know as much about him or her as your bank knows about me, there is no alternative. Please note that all copies of his or her medical history must be countersigned by a Solicitor, and the mandatory details of his/her financial situation (income, debts, assets and liabilities) must be accompanied by documented proof.
In due course, I will issue your employee with PIN number which he/she must quote in dealings with me. I regret that it cannot be shorter than 28 digits but, again, I have modelled it on the number of button presses required of me to access my account balance on your phone bank service. As they say, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
Let me level the playing field even further. When you call me, press buttons as follows:
1 - To make an appointment to see me.
2 - To query a missing payment.
3 - To transfer the call to my living room in case I am there.
4 - To transfer the call to my bedroom in case I am sleeping.
5 - To transfer the call to my toilet in case I am attending to nature.
6 - To transfer the call to my mobile phone if I am not at home.
7 - To leave a message on my computer (a password to access my computer is required. A password will be communicated to you at a later date to the Authorized Contact.)
8 - To return to the main menu and to listen to options 1 through to 8.
9 - To make a general complaint or inquiry, the contact will then be put on hold, pending the attention of my automated answering service.
While this may, on occasion, involve a lengthy wait, uplifting music will play for the duration of the call.
Regrettably, but again following your example, I must also levy an establishment fee to cover the setting up of this new arrangement.
May I wish you a happy, if ever so slightly less prosperous, New Year.
Your Humble Client,
(Remember: This was written by a 98 year old woman; DOESN'T SHE MAKE YOU PROUD!)

Finances and Banks
Following the problems in the sub-prime lending market in America and the run on Northern Rock in the UK, uncertainty has now hit major Japanese Banks.
In the last 7 days Origami Bank has folded, Sumo Bank has gone belly up and Bonsai Bank announced plans to cut some of its branches.
Yesterday, it was announced that Karaoke Bank is up for sale and will likely go for a song while today shares in Kamikaze Bank were suspended after they nose-dived.
While Samurai Bank are soldiering on following sharp cutbacks, Ninja Bank are reported to have taken a hit, but they remain in the black.
Furthermore, 500 staff at Karate Bank got the chop, and analysts report that there is something fishy going on at Sushi Bank where it is feared that staff may get a raw deal.

A bloke walks into a bank and asks for a loan to start a new business. The bank manager asks what for and he says 'to start a cheese factory'.
'Fair enough' says the bank manager. 'Where?'
'Leicester', the man replies.
'What will you call your cheese?' the bank manager asks
'Red Leicester!' the man replies.
The bank manager sighs and says 'No, I'm sorry bu there's already a Red Leicester. You need to go away and have a think about it and come up with something different.'
The man goes away. A couple of weeks later he returns and says; 'Right bank manager, I've got it sorted. I'm going to start my cheese factory in Gloucester.'
'What will you call your cheese?' the bank manager responds.
'Double Gloucester' comes the reply.
The bank manager shrugs his shoulder and tells the man to try again.
A couple of weeks later the man returns. 'Right bank manager, got it sorted, I'm going to start a cheese factory in Nazareth'.
The bank manager looks concerned. 'What will you call your cheese?' He asks.
The reply comes. 'Cheeses of Nazareth'.

I urgently needed a few days off work, But, I knew the Boss would not
allow me to take leave.
I thought that maybe if I acted 'Crazy'
Then he would tell me to take a few days off.
So, I hung upside-down on the ceiling and made funny noises.
My co-worker (who's blonde) asked me what I was doing.
I told her that I was pretending to be a light bulb, So, that the Boss
might think I was 'Crazy' and give me a few days off.
A few minutes later the Boss came into the office and asked, 'What in
the name of good GOD are you doing?'
I told him I was a light bulb.
He said, 'You are clearly stressed out.'
Go home and recuperate for a couple of days.'
I jumped down and walked out of the office...
When my co-worker (the blonde) followed me, the Boss asked her, '..And
where do you think you're going?!'
(You're gonna love this....)
She said, 'I'm going home too. I can't work in the dark.

A couple of weeks ago, I was sitting on the decking, drinking beer and watching my wife mow the lawn.
Cheryl from next door saw us and was so upset that she came over and yelled at me...."You lazy git! Sitting there drinking beer while your poor wife pushes that ancient lawn mower around! Get up off your arse and give her a break!"
I thought ":Censored:! ... Women!"....I took another swig from my stubby, wiped the cold foam from my lips, lifted my shades, stared directly at this nosey cow and told her in no uncertain terms "Sod off and mind your own business. My wife has green fingers, and she really enjoys gardening".
After a few days I felt really bad , so I went out and bought her a ride-on mower to show my sensitive side. I am so proud of the deal I got. I am also proud that my wife can now sit down while mowing the lawn. Yes guys , after all weshould take good care of our wives ... that way maybe they will take good care of us.
I have attached a picture below. I hope it comes through OK

This is a genuine complaint to Devon & Cornwall Police Force from an angry member of the public
True email sent to the force, lengthy but brilliantly written.....
Dear Sir/madam/automated telephone answering service,
Having spent the past twenty minutes waiting for someone at Bodmin police station to pick up a telephone I have decided to abandon the idea and try e-mailing you instead.
Perhaps you would be so kind as to pass this message on to your colleagues in Bodmin, by means of smoke signal, carrier pigeon or Ouija board.
As I'm writing this e-mail there are eleven failed medical experiments (I think you call them youths) in St Marys Crescent, which is just off St Marys Road in Bodmin.
Six of them seem happy enough to play a game which involves kicking a football against an iron gate with the force of a meteorite.
This causes an earth shattering CLANG! which rings throughout the entire building.
This game is now in its third week and as I am unsure how the scoring system works, I have no idea if it will end any time soon.
The remaining five walking idiots are happily rummaging through several bags of rubbish and items of furniture that someone has so thoughtfully dumped beside the wheelie bins.
One of them has found a saw and is setting about a discarded chair like a beaver on speed.
I fear that it's only a matter of time before they turn their limited attention to the bottle of calor gas that is lying on its side between the two bins.
If they could be relied on to only blow their own arms and legs off then I would happily leave them to it.
I would even go so far as to lend them the matches.
Unfortunately they are far more likely to blow up half the street with them and I've just finished decorating the kitchen.
What I suggest is this - after replying to this e-mail with worthless assurances that the matter is being looked into and will be dealt with, why not leave it until the one night of the year (probably bath night) when there are no mutants around then drive up the street in a panda car before doing a three point turn and disappearing again.
This will of course serve no other purpose than to remind us what policemen actually look like.
I trust that when I take a claw hammer to the skull of one of these throwbacks you'll do me the same courtesy of giving me a four month head start before coming to arrest me.
I remain sir, your obedient servant
???????
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Mr ??????,
I have read your e-mail and understand you frustration at the problems caused by youth playing in the area and the problems you have encountered in trying to contact the police.
As the Community Beat Officer for your street I would like to extend an offer of discussing the matter fully with you.
Should you wish to discuss the matter, please provide contact details (address / telephone number) and when may be suitable.
Regards
PC ?
Community Beat Officer
---------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear PC ?
First of all I would like to thank you for the speedy response to my original e-mail.
16 hours and 38 minutes must be a personal record for Bodmin Police station, and rest assured that I will forward these details to Norris McWhirter for inclusion in his next book.
Secondly I was delighted to hear that our street has its own community beat officer.
May I be the first to congratulate you on your covert skills?
In the five or so years I have lived in St Marys Crescent , I have never seen you.
Do you hide up a tree or have you gone deep undercover and infiltrated the gang itself?
Are you the one with the acne and the moustache on his forehead or the one with a chin like a wash hand basin?
It's surely only a matter of time before you are headhunted by MI5.
Whilst I realise that there may be far more serious crimes taking place in Bodmin, such as smoking in a public place or being Muslim without due care and attention, is it too much to ask for a policeman to explain (using words of no more than two syllables at a time) to these twits that they might want to play their strange football game elsewhere.
The pitch on Fairpark Road , or the one at Priory Park are both within spitting distance as is the bottom of the Par Dock.
Should you wish to discuss these matters further you should feel free to contact me on <DATE> If after 25 minutes I have still failed to answer, I'll buy you a large one in the Cat and Fiddle Pub.
Regards
?
P.S If you think that this is sarcasm, think yourself lucky that you don't work for the cleansing department, with whom I am also in contact!!

As I know you frequently visit restaurants and understand the need to be served quicker, this story is a timeless lesson on how consultants can make a large difference to an organisation.
Last week we took some friends out to a new restaurant and noticed that the waiter who took our order carried a spoon in his shirt pocket. It seemed a little strange.
When another waiter brought our water, I noticed he also had a spoon in his shirt pocket.
Then I looked around and saw that all the waiting staff had spoons in their shirt pockets.
When the waiter came back to serve our soup I asked, 'Why the spoon?'
'Well', he explained, 'the restaurant's owners hired The Human Resource Consultants to re-vamp all our processes. After several months of analysis, they concluded that the spoon was the most frequently dropped utensil. It represents a loss of frequency of approximately 3 spoons per table per hour. If our staff are better prepared, we can reduce the number of trips back to the kitchen and save 15 man-hours per shift.'
As luck would have it, I dropped my spoon and he was able to replace it with his spare. 'I'll get another spoon next time I go to the kitchen, instead of making the extra trip to get it right now.'
I was impressed. I also noticed that there was a string hanging out of the waiter's fly.
Looking around, I noticed that all the waiters had the same string hanging from their flies. So, before he walked off, I asked the waiter, 'Excuse me, but can you tell me why you have that string right there?'
'Oh, certainly!' Then he lowered his voice.
'Not everyone is so observant. That consulting firm I mentioned also found out that we can save time even in the gents. By tying this string to the tip of your 'you know what', we can pull it out without touching it and eliminate the need to wash our hands, shortening the time spent in the loo by 76.39 percent.
I asked. 'After you get it out, how do you get it back?'
'Well', he whispered. 'I don't know about the others, but I use the spoon.'

An Irish Ghost Story
This story happened a while ago in Dublin , and even though it sounds like an Alfred Hitchcock tale, it's true!!!!!
John Bradford, a Dublin University student, was on the side of the road hitchhiking on a very dark night and in the midst of a big storm.
The night was rolling on and no car went by.
The storm was so strong he could hardly see a few feet ahead of him.
Suddenly, he saw a car slowly coming towards him and stopped.
John, desperate for shelter and without thinking about it, got into the car and closed the door... only to realize there was nobody behind the wheel and the engine wasn't on.
The car started moving slowly.
John looked at the road ahead and saw a curve approaching. Scared, he started to pray, begging for his life. Then, just before the car hit the curve, a hand appeared out of nowhere through the window and turned the wheel. John, paralyzed with terror, watched as the hand came through the window, but never touched or harmed him.
Shortly thereafter John saw the lights of a pub appear down the road, so, gathering strength; he jumped out of the car and ran to it.
Wet and out of breath, he rushed inside and started telling everybody about the horrible experience he had just had.
A silence enveloped the pub when everybody realized he was crying and....wasn't drunk.
Suddenly, the door opened, and two other people walked in from the dark and stormy night.
They, like John, were also soaked and out of breath. Looking around, and seeing John Bradford sobbing at the bar, one said to the other....
'Look Paddy.....there's that :Censored: idiot that got in the car while we were pushing it!!!!

A Catholic Priest, an Indian Doctor, a rich Chinese Businessman and
an Irishman were waiting one morning for a particularly slow
group of golfers in front of them.
The Irishman fumed, 'What's with those guys?
We must have been waiting for fifteen minutes!'
The Indian Doctor chimed in, 'I don't know, but I've never seen such
poor golf!'
The Chinese Businessman called out 'Move it, time is money'
The Catholic Priest said, 'Here comes George the greens keeper. Let's
have a word with him.'
'Hello, George!', said the Catholic Priest, 'What's wrong with that
group ahead of us? They're rather slow, aren't they?'
George the greens keeper replied, 'Oh, yes. That's a group of blind
fire fighters. They lost their sight saving our clubhouse from a fire

The Indian Doctor said, 'Good idea. I'm going to contact

The Chinese Businessman replied, 'I think I'll donate $50,000 to the

The Irishman said, 'Why the fupp can't they play at

That also includes bad taste jokes.......don't find those funny at all.
A bloke and giraffe went to the pub for a quiet drink.
All was going well but the giraffe has a bit too much to drink and fell from the seat and laid on the floor.
The bloke finishes his pint, stands up, and begins to leave when the bar man shouts at him,
"Oi, you can't leave that lying about"
The bloke then says "excuse but I think you find that's giraffe, not a lion".

Penmare is driving sedately home late one summer evening, cheesed off with life, after a hard day at the office. All he has to look forward to is a stint approving daft posts on here, and one can of Tesco value lager in the fridge. :( His mood changes upon receiving a text from Mrs Penmare. " Kids at mums, a bottle of Rioja opened, Steak and chips for tea, and "Dessert" to follow" ;) ;) :D :D
Up comes the nose of the trusty Vectra, as our hero gives it maximum loud pedal. Round the A46 bypass he hurtles, a grin like a Cheshire Cat on his face, as he imagines the delights awaiting him on his arrival home. Prodigy blasting out on the stereo, he's a happy little bunny, until:
two Lincolnshire lads apparently oblivious to Tony's imminent high speed arrival, pull out in front of him with a tractor and trailer filled with turnips!  :( :( With the lightning fast reflexes of a man accustomed to changing tracks on a Denon at a moments notice he weighs up the situation. Even with ABS, and four power assisted discs, there isn't a snowball in Hades of stopping. :(
Suddenly, he sees a way. Wrenching the wheel left, he flies through a gap in the hedge, on full opposite lock, like a Swedish Rally Driver. With the windscreen wipers on full to clear the deluge of Root Vegetables threatening to obscure his vision, he saws on the steering. like a violinist on amphetamines, finally gaining some form of control, and exiting the field through an even smaller gap in the hedge.
As he weaves his muddy and relieved way down the road, the tractor driver turns, and calmly says:
" You know George, we were very lucky we got out of that field in time! " :sofa:

I know i shouldn't find this funny but i do.
A little old couple prepares to go to bed. They no sooner hit the pillows when the old man farts and says, "Seven Points."
His wife rolls over and says, "What in the world was that?"
The old man replied, "It's fart football."
A few minutes later his wife lets one go and says, "Touchdown, tie score."
After about five minutes the old man lets another one go and says, "Aha. I'm ahead 14 to 7."
Not to be outdone, the wife rips out another one and says, "Touchdown, tie score."
Five seconds go by and she lets out a little squeaker and says, "Field goal, I lead 17 to 14."
Now the pressure is on the old man. He refuses to get beat by a woman, so he strains real hard, but to no avail. Realizing a defeat is totally unacceptable he gives it everything he's got, and accidentally he :Rob James: (word censored by forum) in the bed. The wife says, "What the hell was that?"
The old man says, "Half time, switch sides."

"Lads" he exclaimed "I've just read in here that Mary Magdelene had been engaged in the 'oldest profession' at the time of her meeting with Jesus"
The brickie, not to be outdone, took the good book, thumbed many chapters back and declared "Oldest profession !!! ?.....who do you think built Solomons Temple long before that ??"
The chippie grabbed the Testament, turned back even more chapters and made his case "No,No, ... way before that, who do you think it was that put Noahs' Ark together.
Finally, the sparky quietly opened the first page and quoted "On the first day. God said 'Let there be light'.............................

BARTENDER:
Hey, Pete, I haven't seen you in awhile. What happened? You look terrible!
PIRATE:
What do you mean? I feel fine.
BARTENDER:
What about the wooden leg? You didn't have that before.
PIRATE:
Well, we were in a battle and I got hit with a cannon ball, but I'm fine now.
BARTENDER:
Well, OK, but what about that hook? What happened to your hand?
PIRATE:
We were in another battle. I boarded a ship and got into a sword fight. My hand was cut off, then I got fitted with a hook. I'm fine now.
BARTENDER:
What about the eye patch?
PIRATE:
Oh, one day we were at sea and a flock of birds flew over. I looked up and one of them :Censored: in my eye.

As has been posted on here recently, Penmare has been having a little trouble with the old peepers. Reluctantly, he trots off to Specsavers. The optician seats him in front of the chart, and tells him to close one eye, and read the chart. For ten minutes our hero tries his best, screwing his face up into various contortions, but try as he might it's both eyes closed, or both open. :( :( Eventually, the optician can stand it no longer, and grabbing a cardboard box and a pair of scissors, fashions a pair of glasses where he can obscure each eye with a piece of cardboard. Standing back to admire his handiwork, he is surprised to see Penmare in tears!
"What's wrong? " he says, confused.
" I wanted some nice frames like those in the window!! " :D :D

All in all, it's not been a good week for Penmare. :( :( On Tuesday, he was persuaded to play a round of Golf, with some important clients, at a posh Golf Club. His party were only half way round, and had caught up a quartet of Females from the local hospital. One of their number was not doing too well, and in frustration gave the ball an almighty whack, and having caught it at an oblique angle, sent it hurtling in the direction of Penmare's group.  There was an anguished cry, and Penmare fell to the ground, hands clasped over his important little parts. :( :( :(
Fortunately, one of the hospital players rushed over to tend our stricken hero, with a cry of " Let me through, I'm a Physiotherapist, I can help him. "
She loosened his garb, and proceeded to massage the affected area, much to the amusement of Penmare's party, and his personal embarrassment. :o :o :o :o :o :o :o
" Is that better?" she asked our now redfaced hero.
Mustering all the composure he could, Penmare replied:
" Well yes thank you, but I still think my thumb's broken". :D :D :D :D

Adam said, "Gladly, Lord, what do You want me to do?"
God said, "Go down into that valley."
Adam said, "What's a valley?"
God explained it to him. Then God said, "Cross the river.."
Adam said, "What's a river?"
God explained that to him, and then said, "Go over to the hill...."
Adam said, "What is a hill?"
So, God explained to Adam what a hill was. He told Adam, "On the other side of the hill you will find a cave."
Adam said, 'What's a cave?'
After God explained, He said, "In the cave you will find a woman."
Adam said, "What's a woman?'
So God explained that to him, too.. Then, God said, 'I want you to reproduce."
Adam said, "How do I do that?"
God first said (under His breath), "Geez....."
And then, just like everything else, God explained that to Adam, as well.
So, Adam goes down into the valley, across the river, and over the hill, into the cave, and finds the woman.
Then, in about five minutes, he was back.
God, His patience wearing thin, said angrily, "What is it now?"
And Adam said....

A woman in a hot air balloon realized she was lost.
She reduced altitude and spotted a man below.
She descended a bit more and shouted: 'Excuse me, can you help me? I promised a friend I would meet him an hour ago but I don't know where I am.'
The man below replied, 'You're in a hot air balloon hovering approximately 30 feet above the ground. You're between 40 and 41 degrees north latitude and between 59 and 60 degrees west longitude.'
'You must be an Engineer,' said the balloonist.
'I am,' replied the man, 'how did you know?'
'Well,' answered the balloonist, 'everything you have told me is probably technically correct, but I've no idea what to make of your information and the fact is, I'm still lost. Frankly, you've not been much help at all. If anything, you've delayed my trip with your talk.'
The man below responded, 'You must be in Management.'
'I am,' replied the balloonist, 'but how did you know?'
'Well,' said the man, 'you don't know where you are or where you're going. You have risen to where you are, due to a large quantity of hot air. You made a promise, which you've no idea how to keep, and you expect people beneath you to solve your problems. The fact is you are in exactly the same position you were in before we met, but now, somehow, it's all my :Censored: fault'

The wife and I were sitting around the breakfast table one lazy Sunday morning.
I said to her, "If I were to die suddenly, I want you to immediately sell all my stuff."
"Now why would you want me to do something like that?" she asked..
"I figure that you would eventually remarry and I don't want some other useless mug using my stuff."
She looked at me and said: "What makes you think I'd marry another mug?"

"But would you let her live in our house ?"
"Well it's the only house I would have, so I probably would have to"
"And would you let her sleep in our bed ?"
"Again, it's the only bed that would be available"
"Surely you wouldn't let her drive my car ?"
" Of course not" says I......
