hi you lot this is me reporting from plasa the show is really good this year lots of new stuff on the numark stand
leds are playing a big part in the show this year
the three thing that impressed me about the show were void the demo room is 1st floor near main entrance take lift
also the funtion one sound system is next door and there was a great sound
the other thing that impressed me were gvg had some nice lights on the stand but the 16 colour laser done it for me even had a white colour on a laser and only 799
lots of scantley clad girls kicking around
oh yes managed to see the rcf 310a but not sure now after hearing the void system but the rcf were very light because of the digital technol amps
worth checking the product inovation awards part of the show fbt speakers had won something and the cab looked nice 500w rms
warning dont look straight into a given city colour hurts your eyes
above all a great show but more for night clubs than mobile but saying that the mobile stuff is good
well this is me saying i am off to another stand to see more products
ps can any guess who i met up with at the show (clue ) i asked him about his arch

And the bald chappie running the demo's asked if we knew you!
We popped back on our own later to listen to the Viper system - my mate wasn't sure the larger systems would quite fit in his van!
AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWEsome bass on the instal rigs though

Seen it, thanks Matt. Anyone else got anything to add?
Must admit having seen the exhibitors list, it looks even more club & big productions orientated than last year.

yes it was more for clubs but clubs are the big spenders
i would liked to of taken some pics bit battery on my phone was low
most of the speaker manufactures had new products jbl ev rcf void
the new void install speaker system looked really nice and they had an up dated version of the basis system more powerfull
on the show tec stand they had some tiny led moving heads not very bright but nice idea
another cool product was the prodigy fx a professional dual cd/mp3 player from b52 had a built in mixer
nice sound system from lD systems sub and 2 sattelites but the tops were only 100w and sub was only 300 not bad for small venues
i think i will be getting the rcf 310a because the void stasys rig looks heavy

There are still plenty of DJ related companies there if you know who you are looking for.
Off the top of my head...
Martin Audio
Martin Professional
JBL
RCF
EV
Mixmash
Numark
A&H
Shure
Sennheisser
and they are just the ones I can think of now...

Dosn't make any difference - there was still plenty to see IMO.

You see that's my point entirely. It's not about finding all the really useful DJ toys you might want to buy, it's about being a big kid who wants to play with the toys he's NEVER going to be able to aford

I wasn't knocking it (I was going to go remember), I was just trying to figure out percentages.

That's the point - percentages shouldn't matter. There was enough there to keep me interested for 5 hours and I would have stayed longer but it closed.
If I get chance, I'll type out the 'DJ' exhibitors list from the magazine.

Don't worry about it, I was just curious what I missed.
There's still BPM I suppose.
