Could someone please remind me the rules relating to returning dodgy goods under the Sale of Goods Act.

My flippin telly has lost the picture---less than 6 moths old and Comet are sending someone round.

I cant see it being fixed on the spot somehow:eek:

Probably a duff tube.

Is it items under 6 months old I can automatically ask for a new one?
