Iv been scanning the web (as you do) and i came across these. To put it blunt, there bags to protect your speaker. duh.

They make bags for Mackie, Peavey, Class-D as well as many more. The price is quite good aswell. Most are sold as a pair.

I have these for my Subs --but for my tops I kept the original Peavey Manufacturers Boxes which are equally strong:D

May sound daft but they are still going strong after nearly 3 years and no one sees them ( in case you have a street cred problem) cos I leave them usually in the vehicle rather than cluttering up my working space.

My speakers are almost immac--except on the bottom of the subs where the cat decided to use them as a scratch pad--whats that flying across my office:D

You can always trust a cat to wreck your stuff. I used to have one that did it's *ahem* business in a box of cables. Nice!

I wouldn't put my 450s in them, but have something similar for my subs.

i guess there better than nothing. i might get these just so the speaker boxes last a bit longer. i wonder is they could be used if and when it rains or drizzle??? if that ever happened???

Oh, that happens...I've DEFINATELY seen it rain or drizzle on occasions!

is that when you are waiting for a taxi home from a "club" meeting that you have recently joined?

my speaker bags came free with my mackies gigskinz they are from decks.co.uk done the job upto now , would love some of those on wheels though when i can afford it.

Had some covers from these people for my speakers in the past quality is excellent and the prices are pretty good too :)

I moved in with my girlfriend (now wife) she has 7 cats - all my gear is wrapped in plastic bags to stop cat hair and scratches - especially the carpet covered equipment...

Can't wait til some of them "leave". She didn't buy them all, some just decided to live here (better quality of life and all that)
