I have had a cracking day today.....

Half a day's holiday (am) checked my gear for a 40th, loaded into the car and went to work.
While at work to a call from a nice chap wishing to book me for NYE.....and a good price......Thanks Dave..:beer1: :beer1: :beer1:

Did my 40th tonight and stormed the place....hit all the right button at the right time. Great crowd, guests and party girl were fantastic and really friendly....even to the point of buying soft drinks and bringing barbeque food for me to tuck into.....could not be better......

All to do tomorrow with a wedding.......I'm having a great weekend....hope everyone else is as well...:)

still you win some you lose some and keep smiling ...... was my little girls birthday yesterday so its given me the rare opportunity for a whole weekends family time ....... wait i said that like it was a positive lolol.

really glad to help out though yesterday Tony end of the day mate I just put the calls in your direction its your silky smooth charm and boyish good looks that does the conversion.

going bowling today and maybe cinema ....... was going to take my son to watch Derby play but im not sure one man can take any more trauma in one weekend lolol

I had a rubbish day at work yesterday. But my "Rock" gig did just that....rocked, it was a cracker. Came home with a big smile. I hope tonights can match it, I doubt it though.

I had a good one too, started 1/2 hour late due to the England game (sic).

All my regulars were in plus a 60th birthday crowd. I played a full & varied set.

had a brill gig on Saturday....still recovering......3 till 3 in the morning....and even then the die hard group on the dance floor still weren't ready to hit the sack (I'd love to know what they were putting in the punch)....I was well looked after with endless cups of tea and a hog roast!

I've done 10 hours straight DJing. Incredibly tiring but they did pay well :)
