Wireless LAN-Help please!

Hope you can help guys,I have two laptops one fo which can pick up wireless networks and works happily and the other which doesn't.I have not switch on the non-working one and have tried all the usual stuff like re-enabling it etc.
The network card looks happy but I'm not sure where else to look on the laptop.

If you go into device manager (right click my computer, hit "properties", click the hardware tab and then "Device Manager") can you find the network card in the list? If so does it have a big yellow "?" or "!" next to it?

If so, you need to re-install the drivers. Right lick the device that has the ! or ? next to it, and choose "Uninstall" (you might get a message saying do you want to do this, the answer is of course yes) then remove the card physically (if its not built in), re-install the drivers (if you have a cd or something) then re-boot. The computer should then find the device again and install it using the correct drivers.
