I have been informed by the product line that we have a potential issue hitting us regarding an e-mail scam….see below:

To complete and verify your btconnect.com account, you must reply to this email immediately and enter your password here (*********)
Failure to do this will immediately render your email address deactivated from our database.
You can also confirm your email address by logging into your btconnect.com account at http://www2.btbroadbandoffice.com/

THE BTCONNECT TEAM
The e-mail appears to our customers to come from [email protected]
This is a scam and customers should be advised that under no circumstances should they reply giving their password.
The portal team are working to get a message on our web-site informing our customers of this and we are helping to trace the IP address to discover where this is coming from and stop it hitting our mail servers.
