pcdj kj issue

hi there, i have just got my copy of pcdjkj but im having some problems.

it all installed ok and registered fine however when i try loading a track from the record case the player just states loading and then the pc locks up.

i never got any errors on install and every thing seems to be running 100% fine until i attempt to load a track, any ideas anyone?

ok visiosonic have just got back to me and have told me that it is the codec that is the problem.

they suggested deleting all of the mp3 codecs on my machine apart from the one needed l3codeca.acm version 1.9 but i dont have this file!
hence why it will not load, can anyone point me in the right direction on where to get this file from? i have looked all over but can only find later version and visiosonc say it has to be that specific version to work!

I spoke to PCDJ directly over a problem with a new installation on PCDJ Red and they were very helpful
