Ts & Cs...

I really need to re-do mine, pretty much from scratch, actually.

That said, has anyone got really comprehensive Ts & Cs that they wouldn't mind sharing? I suspect that Vectis may have what I'm after from posts made previously.

I'm finding myself gettng bogged down trying to re-write my existing ones, such as they are, and am thinking a fresh perspective might work better.

Mine are in need of a 'tickle' to try to shorten them a bit without losing any of the meaning. You'll also notice there's very little in there about venues - that's because I have a relatively small coverage area therefore know most of them already, and for the majority of gigs I have an on-site meeting beforehand.

checkout my website it has me T&C's for anyone to see and use if need be can send you hard copy if you need and it is solid and been used in court against small pub group whom settled out of court rather than be tarred with a CCJ
