Led par Cans - No BLUE!!!!

Hi Folks

Had some issues with my LED par cans on Saturday, just got them all out to test and TWO of the lights have both lost the blue :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang:

Now I cant send them back to Thomann as I have already changed the 2 pin plug to an english plug which makes them void under warranty I think :confused: .......

Does anyone know how or IF these can be fixed??????

Out of interest, which can do you have?

Try calling Thomann and asking if you can return - sometimes they can be more understanding than you think!

call them- they are an international retailer and i am certain they will be ok about it.

I called Thomann and they said it was most probably a fuse blown inside due to the low power fuses they put in these units compared to our power supply in England & Ireland.
All I have to do now is try and figure out how to open up these bad boys and stick in a higher fuse.

All I have to do now is try and figure out how to open up these bad boys and stick in a higher fuse.

I called Thomann and they said it was most probably a fuse blown inside due to the low power fuses they put in these units compared to our power supply in England & Ireland.Just a point: if they can't handle the power supply in this Country then they are not fit for the purpose for which they were sold and so are in breach of the Sale of Goods Act. Now, I know that they are based abroad, but they actively sell in this country and therefore should be complying with English law in this respect.
