So... got two LED Par Can 56's today.. (thanks Darren)..

Really love them and what you can do with them.. so going to oder lots more in :p

Just before i do though.. don't spose anyone has any they want rid of?

How do you all transport them around?
I'm thinking about buying a flight case for normal pars..

Yeh i looked on terralec and you can get a flightcase that looks like it can take 8 pars... for £146 quid.

Bags looks ok.. would prefer a solid flight case though if i'm honest!

mm yeh.. I have lots of Tesco Home delivery plastic boxes (the man was nice enough to give me them!!).. so could hold a few... but I want to keep them in the best condition poss.... so thats i'm pondering over flight cases.

You can get cases from Thomann Jamie, but they are the padded type cases and hold 8 cans.

I use flightcased 12" record cases for mine. Certainly look better then turning up with a plastic box or old crate.

I use a curver tough box for mine. It hold 4 par56's and a dmx controller.

As mentioned before I normally build in to my budget the cost of cases, whether they be Adda style or flightcase style.

And yes, if you are there early, fair enough.

Nearly everything I own goes into a flightcase, box or bag and my gear is mostly immaculate because of that fact.

I think it is especially important with chrome par cans.. i'm guessing they can be scratched etc pretty easily.

Actually crome is pretty robust its the powder coated black that scratches up a lot.
