I had a Citronic 10:4 and it is good value for money, but after a few months the faders went very scratchy.
There was also too much side to side play on the faders too.
Not a bad piece of kit - quite a nice sound, 2 mics both with eq and eq on every channel too.
I have the Numark 200FX, which is similar, but with FX, which I use for karaoke and that's probably better sounding then the Citronic and there's less play on the faders.
Takes up less room in the rack too.

I have the Numark CM200USB and I really like it.
Bought it for the USB connectivity more than anything; when I got it I was running two laptops but since moved to d2 for main playout.
Can't fault it for the money.

Out of the 2, I'd go for the Numark.
You could be the same as me then. :D
