I have also replied to your other thread. I suppose they could make a decent system, at that kind of price i suppose it's worth a go. Frequency response isn't too good on the mid/hi cabs though...

Needs to be as flat as possible, and that is all over the place :(

yeh.. thought I would start a dedicated one here instead of carrying on one in the lounge.

The tops are very good, especially for the money, I've had no experience of the subs though.

I purchased the exact same system but use my RCF's as tops and keep the Class D tops as back up.
If I had the money I would love to pay out and get a full Active RCF rig as I love these speakers.
But I have to say the system is very good for the money and my bass bins are really powerful.
I went down the active x over route so now I have an amp running the bins and another running the tops (This I would recommend). :)

I use RCF Art 300 for my tops which are 300 watts per side.
I use an old Peavey cs1000x amp for my tops and a Yamaha P4500 for my bins.

I am using my Eurosys 3's as tops, and have one model lower subs.
Active x-over makes such a difference, better sound, and more control.
