There was an amusement machine on the pier. £1 a go, and you had to stop this fast moving digital counter within 5 numbers of 1000 to win what looked like an iPod nano.
My brother won, but the spring turned too much & TWO came out.
Unfortunately, they turned out to be rubber CASES for an iPod. :bang:

Pressure causes heat - as less space for the same molecules increases molecular friction. (http://www.physics-edu.org/what_is_heat.htm)
And for a brief lesson in the peculiarities of American English...
"Spit it out" in stead of "Spat it out" see Frank Sinatra 'My Way'
"This just can't be summer love", no Justin, "This can't JUST be summer love"
And finally when using "with" it means "as well as".

I've been here (http://www.creativematch.co.uk/blogs/AdrianMarshall/Images/wembley3.jpg) today....well not in it but near it..........well Alperton Road really.
Under a dirty lorry, in the freezing cold, covered in oil and grease, no toilet, no wash facitites....no chance of a wash until the services on the M1.......still had prop grease in my barnet..............get home and the MD quoted £25.00 less on a job than it should be...........not having a good day...
Got to really think about the 9 to 5 job.....going down the pan...
Just a minor rant...thanks.:)

dont worry bout the quote mate you have two options take it if it comes back or just tell them they took too long and the dates gone .... if no paperwork has gone out yet.
you really do need to get rid of the proper job malarky it will get you in the end.

Penmare,
It sounds like you need to relax a bit more.
Why don't you take it easy by going to a quiz night?

Dave, that's a brilliant idea!
I could have a music round where they had to identify song clips which all had toilet connections.
Songs like these:
Flash and the pan - Waiting for the train.
Princess - Say I'm your number one.
Fleetwood mac - The chain.
Dazz band - Let it all blow.
Wonderstuff - Welcome to the cheap seats
