I have now placed a new 250gb hard drive in the computer but......all my symbols / characters have moved / reversed or been put in a different place....ie, what should be @ comes out as ". I've googled it which suggested changing properties from english-us to english-uk which I've done but it's still happening.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.:)

Go to control panel, then regional and language options, then under the languages tab, click the "details" button, and you need to change the input language in there...
