email not working

i have just got my webspace package and im starting to sort it all out.

to start of with i have created an email account (pop3) for enquiry's. i tryed to send an email from my hotmail account to the company account and it does now work. this is the mesage i got.


Hi. This is the qmail-send program at middns1.co.uk.I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.This is a permanent error;I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

can anyone shed some light on this.

which host are you using?
have you tried from another account?

Like I said on msn.
Contact Supanames quoting the error email and whate xactly your doing / is happening.

I expect they will pass it on to Andy to deal with.. he is the server admin.

If you've only just set it up, it might be a DNS propagation issue. You should allow up to 48 hours for things like this to work.

Mail server middns1.co.uk [194.154.162.100] accepts mail for kmadisco.co.uk

SupaNames are already dealing / have dealt with the issue :)
